LeasingDesk Hires New Regional Vice President Mike Speanburg Hired As South Central Representative

IRVINE, CA (January 17, 2007) – LeasingDesk Insurance Services, the leader in resident insurance programs for the multifamily industry, today announces Mike Speanburg as the new Regional Vice President for the South Central region.  In his new role, Speanburg will be primarily responsible for managing existing client relationships and generating new business in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas.

Speanburg brings more than 10 years of experience selling products and services in the multifamily marketplace.  Prior to joining LeasingDesk, he was a key account manager for For Rent Magazine, the nation’s largest periodical devoted to display and classified advertising for the apartment industry.  During his tenure with the magazine he was responsible for incrementally increasing the publication’s annual sales volume and exceeded overall sales growth expectations.  He also gained additional sales experience working as a National Account Manager for Resident Data, a ChoicePoint service company.
