Immediate Opening - Customer Care Associate
Customer Care position available to work in our dynamic fast-paced support center, free to be yourself, and thrive in a culture which empowers you and creates opportunity. Previous experience in a support role is not essential, but some customer service experience is a must. You don’t need to be overly technical, but you will have an aptitude for IT or technology. We want to help you succeed in achieving your goals, giving you access to insurance training, opportunities for personal development and career advancement.
To be up for this challenge, you’ll be a natural organizer, with strong communication skills and initiative, and you’re the kind of person who takes pride in satisfying the customer with internal drive and enthusiasm. As the first point of contact, you'll be providing quality support services to our customers, contact-to-closure call management, escalation and resolution. A friendly telephone manner is essential.
