LeasingDesk Hires Industry Veteran as Regional Vice President of Sales

IRVINE, CA (May 17, 2004) – LeasingDesk, the largest provider of group insurance programs for the multifamily industry, announces the hiring of Terri Nicholson as Regional Vice President of Sales. Nicholson brings more than 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry to LeasingDesk.

In her new role, Nicholson will head up sales and account management for the company’s wide-range of clients, including those focused in the western states.

She will cultivate relationships with current and potential clients while informing multifamily housing management companies and owners of LeasingDesk’s offerings created for apartment property owners and managers to reduce liability exposure while streamlining management of resident insurance compliance.

She has extensive sales and management experience with firms such as The Grupe Company, Trammell Crow Residential Services, Cort Furniture Rental and HPC Apartment Guides.
