DIRK D. WAKEHAM
Founder, President and CEO

As the founder of LeasingDesk.com,
Dirk Wakeham serves as a member of the board of directors, as
well as the president and chief executive officer of the company.
Previously, he served as the senior vice president of ancillary
services for Western National Group based in Irvine, Calif.
Having joined Western National Group in 1986, Mr. Wakeham has
served in various capacities throughout his tenure, including
vice president of Resident Group Services, where he developed
and managed resident screening, renter’s insurance and corporate
housing for several companies.
Most recently, Mr. Wakeham founded 3Plus, which is a Western National
owned company, focusing on the development of supplementary resident
services for Western National’s property portfolio and third party
clients
Mr. Wakeham holds a bachelor’s degree in business from California
State University Fullerton. He is also a nationally recognized
speaker on the topic of ancillary tenant services in MDU’s and
the founding member of the MDU Consortium advisory council.

RALPH EIDEM

As the co-founder of LeasingDesk.com,
Ralph Eidem has over 40 years of experience in developing insurance
programs for apartment residents. He currently serves as the president
of Resident Insurance Services. Prior to that, he was the president
of Commercial Insurance Associates, Inc. and Commercial Surety
Bond Agency.
Mr. Eidem received his bachelor’s degree in business administration
from Drake University, and is currently a member of the Independent
Agents Association and Professional Insurance Agents Association.
